② Make the grind coarser

For the same reason as ①, coarser grinding is also an effective way to create a clear drinking experience.

② Lower the water temperature than other brands

②For the second pour (after steaming), pour thick water.

Grinding the coffee a little finer makes it easier to extract the flavor, but it also tends to make the coffee taste heavier overall.
Therefore, we recommend pouring thick water from the second pour onwards.
By pouring thick hot water, we accelerate the extraction speed, adjust the concentration, and carefully extract to express the gentleness of [KKW].
