Elegant and wine-like, Guji's natural
A new Ethiopian natural coffee has been added to CROWD ROASTER 's lineup of coffee brands! It's "Ethiopia Guji Anasola Natural".
Guji in southern Ethiopia is a wine-producing region known for its excellent terroir, along with Yirgacheffe.
Its characteristics are Ethiopian floral notes combined with bright, juicy acidity, and it is often described as "exotic."
This new Anasola is even cleaner, combining citrus flavors such as orange with flavors reminiscent of red wine, resulting in a refined and elegant coffee.
What is Anasola Washing Station?
Anasola Washing Station is located in Anasola village, 1,900m above sea level in Shakiso district, northwest of Guji.
Shakiso is known as one of the most environmentally friendly areas in Ethiopia, where coffee is produced in a lush forest area.

The Anasola Washing Station has 12 fermentation tanks and 280 African beds on a 5.2 hectare site, and during the harvest season cherries are delivered there every day by approximately 300 small-scale producers living in the surrounding area.
Here, the goal is to produce high-quality coffee that meets Grade 1 standards, and the cherries brought in through the natural process are sorted again to ensure that only the best ripe cherries are selected.
The separated cherries are then transported to African beds, each assigned a table number, where they are spread out thinly, stirred, and sorted repeatedly until they reach the ideal moisture content, over a period of around three weeks.

Thanks to the rich volcanic soil, the microclimate created by the natural environment and complex topography, and the large differences in temperature during the day, the cherries ripen slowly and have the exotic and unique flavor that is unique to Guji.
This exciting new Ethiopian roast event is already underway!
Be sure to try this coffee as soon as possible!
