Article 1 (Service Contents)
  1. CROWD ROASTER provides a regular coffee bean delivery service called " CROWD ROASTER Monthly Delivery" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
  2. This service offers the following seven plans in two categories: "Plan with equipment set" and "Beans only plan."

    Equipment set included plan (membership fee required)

    • Diamond: Registration fee 1 million yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen
    • Emerald: Registration fee 300,000 yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen
    • Sapphire: Registration fee 200,000 yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen
    • Ruby: Registration fee 100,000 yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen

    Beans only plan

    • Platinum: 50,000 yen per month
    • Gold: 10,000 yen per month
    • Silver: 3,980 yen per month

Article 2 (Contract Formation)
  1. The service agreement for this service will be established when CROWD ROASTER accepts your application.
  2. CROWD ROASTER may not accept your application for the Service in the following cases:
    • If there are any falsehoods, errors or omissions in the application details
    • If the application is from someone whose contract has been terminated in the past due to a violation of these terms and conditions, etc.
    • Any other reason that CROWD ROASTER deems inappropriate
Article 3 (Fees and Payment)
  1. The fees for this service will be as follows depending on the plan selected (all prices exclude tax):

    Equipment set included plan (membership fee required)

    • Diamond: Registration fee 1 million yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen
    • Emerald: Registration fee 300,000 yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen
    • Sapphire: Registration fee 200,000 yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen
    • Ruby: Registration fee 100,000 yen, monthly fee 50,000 yen

    Beans only plan

    • Platinum: 50,000 yen per month
    • Gold: 10,000 yen per month
    • Silver: 3,980 yen per month
  2. Payment must be made by credit card.
  3. The registration fee must be paid in full at the time of application.
  4. The first monthly fee will be charged at the time of application, and from the second month onwards, the following month's fee will be charged on the 10th of each month. If the 10th is not a business day (Saturday, Sunday or public holiday), the payment will be made on the next business day.
  5. If we change the fees, we will notify you by email and on our website at least one month before the change date.
Article 4 (Delivery)
  1. Delivery is limited to within Japan.
  2. Shipping is free.
  3. We ship items around the 18th of each month and usually deliver within 2-3 days.
  4. For plans that include an equipment set, the equipment will be delivered only the first time.
  5. Delivery may be delayed due to weather or traffic conditions.
Article 5 (Cancellation/Changes)
  1. Cancellations and plan changes can be made through My Page.
  2. To have your order reflected in your next shipment, please complete the procedure by the end of the previous month.
  3. Due to the special rates offered for regular use, cancellation is not possible within three months of application.
  4. When canceling a plan that includes an equipment set, the membership fee will not be refunded.
Article 6 (Returns and Exchanges)
  1. We strive to ensure the quality of our products, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange it for an equivalent product or provide a refund.
  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
  3. We do not accept returns or exchanges for equipment included in plans with equipment sets, except in the case of defective products.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
  1. If it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as a natural disaster, CROWD ROASTER may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service.
  2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, CROWD ROASTER shall not be liable for damages.
Article 8 (Handling of Personal Information)
  1. Your personal information will be used for the purposes of providing this service, providing related information, and conducting surveys, etc.
  2. Your personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with CROWD ROASTER Privacy Policy.
Article 9 (Changes to Terms)
  1. CROWD ROASTER may change these Terms as necessary.
  2. If the terms and conditions are changed, the changes will be posted on the website. If you continue to use the service after the changes have been made, you will be deemed to have agreed to the changed terms and conditions.
