We will be welcoming a special guest to BARNEYS CAFE BY CROWD ROASTER on Valentine's Day, February 14th.
Last month, they won the Japan Coffee Roasting Championship (JCRC) 2025.

At the guest event held in January, barista Takayuki Ishitani was in charge of roasting.
Nakamura himself is now working at BARNEYS CAFE BY CROWD ROASTER !
We will brew Panama coffee roasted specifically for this occasion.
Nakamura roasts and brews the rare new variety "Lupao" from the Auromar Farm in Panama.
This coffee was released in limited quantities last year and was so popular that it quickly sold out.
This is a long-awaited return, with a new roast by Nakamura .

Auromar Farm's original variety "Lupao"
This time, Nakamura will be roasting and extracting Panama's Auromar Lupao Natural.
Lupao is a completely new and original variety that was born through natural cross-breeding at Auromar Farm, where the world-famous Auromar Geisha is grown.
This new variety, which includes Geisha variety, has a mellow, full-bodied Panamanian Geisha aroma and flavor, with a strong aftertaste of traditional Arabica.
Auromar's farm owner, Roberto Brenes, and his family discovered new possibilities for Panamanian coffee and have cultivated it with the utmost love, creating a "next-generation coffee."
On the day, you can enjoy a cup of coffee brewed by Nakamura himself, and you can also purchase a 200g bottle of roasted beans.

In addition, from February 6th to 15th, BARNEYS CAFE BY CROWD ROASTER will be offering a special Valentine's Day menu, a food and sweets course using caviar in collaboration with the prestigious French caviar house Caviar House & Prunier.
On the day, you can also pair this course with "Lupao."
The menu was supervised by Chef Pastry Chef Seki Keiri of La Maison de Vie, who created it from the outset as a course that would beautifully harmonize with Panamanian coffee.
