Black Baron is a series that takes the deep roast beauty of Manabu , cultivated in Japan's coffee shop culture, and elevates it to its limits with a modern interpretation. Through the pinnacle of development techniques that "roast deeply and black without burning," it delivers a rich yet distinct flavor and terroir that is unique to specialty coffee. It's a deep roast that is enjoyed not for its bitterness, but for its sweetness and richness.

Among the three varieties of Black Baron, we recommend Geisha variety, grown in the volcanic soil of Santa Ana, El Salvador. Roasting is handled by Marley Manabu Narita . It features a rich, chocolatey flavor and smooth mouthfeel, with a perfect blend of Kyoho grape fruitiness, salty caramel nuts, and the savory aroma of fried onions, resulting in a long-lasting finish.
