Fazenda Passeio is located in Monte Belo, almost in the heart of the coffee-producing region of southern Minas Gerais, one of Brazil's leading coffee-producing areas. The gently rolling hills, situated at an altitude of 1100m to 1200m, are blessed with fertile soil rich in volcanic minerals, creating an ideal environment for coffee cultivation.

Having produced coffee for three generations, we have consistently pursued improvements in efficiency and quality by incorporating the latest technological innovations. In 1997, we were among the first to introduce water-flow gravity separators and green separators, which formed the foundation of the Passeio brand's solid position today.

 

Furthermore, they prioritize environmental and social considerations. They protect a vast 75-hectare natural forest within the farm and reduce pesticide use by utilizing the balance of the ecosystem to control pests. They also actively work on educating their employees and improving their living environment, practicing sustainable coffee production.

Passeio Farm is a regular participant in the Cup of Excellence (COE) and Late Harvest Competition, enjoying the immense trust of top roasters worldwide. From soil preparation for planting to coffee cherry picking, everything is meticulously carried out by skilled workers.
