At the secluded La Huella estate in Panama, owner Pedro Moss studies original fermentation methods in his own mill. This Catuai offers apricot and berry-like notes, crystalline sweetness, floral aromas, and a deep, lingering finish.
A small family-run farm beside the Amistad International Park, Bernardina creates coffees with powerful aromas and exotic flavors through its distinctive Extended Fermentation process.
Available to only two buyers worldwide, La Huella is celebrated with consecutive Great Taste Award gold medals and royal recognition in the United Kingdom. Pedro Moss’s N97 flagship offers a rich taste and an elegant finish.
